Leasehold owners
As a leaseholder when you put your property on the market you may need to apply for a license to
assign your lease to a new buyer. To find out if this is the case please contact your property manager
for further guidance.
Alterations
If your Lease requires you to obtain a licence from the Trustees for works you propose carrying out to your property, this needs to be done so and approved before works are carried out.
